While training in martial arts for over 15 years, I learned firsthand the benefits of a wellness-based lifestyle. My real-world experience enabled me to provide high-level support to others.
I founded my first health and wellness company in 1992, offering a wide range of programs and services - including personal training, resistance training, nutritional guidance and self-defense.
I developed an extensive foundation in health and wellness and a true passion for motivating my clients to reach their weight-loss, health and fitness goals. After a successful 20-year career dedicating myself to being a student and teacher of human performance, I expanded my offerings to provide coaching , workshops and corporate wellness programs.
I studied Athletic Coaching and Asian philosophies at Los Angeles City College. Later, I attended the Core Coach Training program from Wellcoaches Institute of Coaching in Vancouver, Canada to become a Trained Health & Wellness Coach. I have completed a number of additional certifications and courses over the years to ensure that I am always on top of the latest research and training methods.
Some clients come to me after years of struggling to lose weight or develop a healthy lifestyle. My number one goal is to help you understand and overcome the barriers that have stood in your way and give you the tools you need to finally make lasting changes. I understand it can be challenging to develop good habits and be consistent, which is why I will support you every step of the way to ensure that you achieve and maintain your results over time.
Today, I coach and train people in Los Angeles and remotely, online. No matter where you are in the world, I will help you! I care for my clients as if they are my family - in a kind, respectful and appreciative manner.
